LOOKING FOR A HOUSE

I’m  looking for my own house. I have been thinking about  I need my own space.It ‘s not easy at the moment .The best would be to inherit a house ,but this is not easy too!. I want to buy a house to invest money .I have discovered /found out that houses are more expensive than I had expected. I’m not interested in flat ,I prefer spend a little bit more money and buying a house I really like .I have been saving money since I started to work. I don’t want to waste the money. I’d like to buy something which makes me feel good. It’s a big decision and I’ not in a hurry.

I’d buy a detached house but they are too expensive  for me.so I’m looking at  some cottages and terraced houses.

I’d like a cottage because I love the country. The perfect house would have a big enclosed garden ,a garage to keep the car and to have some tools,a blue roof and I would like a fire place and a balcony to sunbathing.

I wouldn’t mind buying a terraced house.One of the things I prefer about a terraced house more than a cottage is because everything is near. I would like using the bicycle to go everywhere, eg to the health Centre ,library .if I buy a terraced house I’ll spend less money on petrol. If I don’t use the car often, it will be better for the environment.

Houses aren’t worth what sellers want to make us believe. First they tell us a price but in the end  it cost a lot more because there are lots of taxes. I should thing very hard about it,because it isn’t a normal loan ,I’m talking about a mortgage ,probably I’ll pay it  for the rest of my life.

i keep thinking before I make a decision.

DESCRIBING MY JOB

I did a training course at the Miguel Hernández school to get my qualifications and then ,I worked for a local company to get some experience. I worked long hours for a low salary ,so I resigned one year later my boss didn’t want to increase my salary,(give me a pay rise).

I didn’t become unemployed  ,because I moved to the other local company  where I work now .I’m in my ninth year .

I work full time ,five mornings a week and often do overtime  on Saturday mornings. I don’t earn a big salary but it’s enough. I’m glad because I have a permanent contract .i would like more free time but the working hours don’t suit me it.

What I dislike most about my job is working in noisy places. When the machines are working they produced loud noises. I always wear ear protections. Other time I worked in calmer places.

What I like most about my job is that I don’t work in a hurry. Electricity  can be dangerous .it takes time to do everything safely .Another thing I like is that if I ask for a free day in the middle of the week ,my boss will give it to me. I’m  applying for a job that will give me some free time.

CREATIVES WAYS TO CONVEY A MESSAGE .

THIS WAS THE SPEECH I HAVE TALKED IN CLASS.
I'm talking about creative forms to convey a message .First I'm explaning about and advert I have seen on the internet some weeks ago .This advert want to tell us that we should pay attention on the road and if we use the seat belt we'll be able to save our life .

Every one has wacthed some advertsiments that tell us we have to use a seat belt ,not to drink alcohol,we shouldn't talk on the phone while you are driving and more .They  sometimes tells us the message using terrifying scenes of accidents with blood e.g.
Often ,they aren't the best way to convey a message .I'm not saying the way i'm going to talk is better than the others  one ,but they are defenitetly different.

In this advert anybody is talking ,only a quiet song we can heard.
We are going to watch a man who likes driving ,pretending driving .He is in the living room and his wife and his daughter are sitting down on the sofa opposite him .He is laughing and looking at them.
Then he turns his head to the left for a second ,but when he turns it back ,his face expressions tells us that something terrible is going to happen .
He quickly turns the steering wheel and press the brakes.then his  wife and his daughter stand up and go to him .His daughter holds him around the waist and his wife holds him across the chest ,both simulating a seat belt.
Suddently it looks a terrible crash  but fortunatetly anybody is injured  and he survives defenitetly becouse of the seat belt .
To finish ,the message is that we have to use the seat belt as if it is one of the most importan things in your life .

El pianista

Una peli que todo el mundo deberia ver al menos una vez en su vida .
El pianista ,sin duda el titulo es un eufenismo ,que desvía un poco el contenido moral de la película .Gracias a un compañero de empresa al que estoy muy agradecido , con el cual coincidí un verano  compartiendo momentos agradables o no ,de anécdotas en el trabajo.Me llamo la atención  la manera de expresar su asombro por  que yo no la hubiera visto aun ,hasta llegando a decirme con un tono amigable , que no le hablara mas mientras no lo hiciera  .dejando aquí mi gratitud ,opino muy brevemente sobre esta pelicula ,pues cada uno saca sus conclusiones que no tienen por que coincidir .


Lo primero y mas impactante es hasta donde puede llegar la mente humana y sus consecuencias .La guerra sin duda , la muestra mas triste de la humanidad .Luchas por territorios ,religiones etc,buscando  el poder,el interés ,quizá la  supervivencia?. Esta película te hace ver que las cosas mas triviales y que a menudo no se tienen en cuenta ,coinciden con aquellas que son  mas importantes e inevitablemente imprescindibles .
el protagonista de esta película ,y su habilidad con el piano ,lo hace escapar de no pocas dificultades.sin embargo Otros muchos dejan sus vidas luchando hasta el ultimo momento.
recomiendo esta pelicula ,y espero que rescaten algo bueno de ella .
