ES DIFICIL PERO ASI FUE , EN LOS 101 DE RONDA, EN LA POSICION 101 (SENIOR)

Los 101 de Ronda es una prueba deportiva anual.El reto es completar  un circuito de 101 km en menos de 24h ,el cual  se puede hacer en varias modalidades ;Duatlon ,bicicleta(a completar en menos de 12 horas)  y marcha pedestre (algunos salen corriendo y llegan corriendo ).En mi caso fue duatlon ,en el cual 80 km fueron de bicicleta y el resto a pie,(como pude unas veces andando y otras trotando). Lo mas importante es acabar pues en 101km puede pasar de todo.Con paciencia y un poquito de fuerza de voluntad cualquier persona en condiciones fisicas normales y un poco de entrenamiento  puede realizar la prueba.El estado mental durante la prueba es bastante   importante.No perder la concentracion  y ritmo.

La organizacion de esta prueba es impecable .Todo esta organizado por el cuerpo militar de la legion y colaboran ayuntamiento de Ronda y otros.Es totalmente recomendable para aquel que disfrute en la naturaleza plena y practicando  deporte.

The Pianist

The Pianist :
The pianist is a film directed by Roman Polanski .The film is a co-production between Poland, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom.The film won a lot of awards such as 3 Oscars in 2003 for Best Picture, Best Director and Best Actor for Brody. 

The plot 

Adrien Brody (who plays Wladyslaw Szpilman), a famous Polish Jewish pianist working for Warsaw Radio, is in the outbreak of World War II and the invasion of Poland on September 1, 1939. After the radio station is rocked by explosions from German bombing, Szpilman goes home and learns that the United Kingdom and France have declared war on Nazi Germany. He and his family rejoice, believing the war will end quickly. He escapes deportation and eludes capture by living in the ruins of Warsaw. 

I strongly recommend The Pianist because it helps you to get to know the amazing pianist(Wladyslaw Szpilman) and his skill with the piano.Also the love story is very interesting ,the soundtrack is wonderful and the whole film is full of feelings.

esta frase que llego a mis manos por parte de un amigo al cual aprecio mucho ,se me quedo grabada y alla donde voy la dejo escrita en cualquier trozo de papel, metida en cualquier ranura ,con el fin de compartirla tambien .con el mismo interes la escribo aqui ;

PLANNING THE TRIP TO SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA

Last night ,I had dinner with some friends. we talked  for a long time about a trip to Santiago next week. we have about 500 km to complete our pilgrimage . we have about 10 days to finish it. we’ll need 1 more day to go to the start and 1 more day to go back home ,there are 1100km from Santiago to Murcia .my friends are Noelia ,her husband Jose Andres ,and Fernando .

The challenge is to arrive at Santiago  but if we can’t  get there ,we’ll feel fine too.the most important for us is to have fun during the trip and get away from the rutine.

Last night I left them earlier than I had expected because I wanted to get up early to make the most of Sunday.

Today I have seen Fernando and he told me that they were thinking about planning the trip .what will be the best way to get there ,if it would be a good idea to rent a car ,,if it would be good idea to send the bikes on ahead  and more. I ask them to send the bikes but they said that their bikes are new so they didn’t agree.I don’t mind so I ‘ll go along with whatever they decide.It will be interesting to have a diferent experience.It won be easy ,we know it .

Now  I’m calm and thinking about the good moment we could have. I’ll take an English book .It’s very important to everywhere I go to keep me motivated. when I go back ,I’ll continuous preparing the exam of the school.it is exiting too,before I need to improve a lot .these are my thought  at the moment.

LOOKING FOR A HOUSE

I’m  looking for my own house. I have been thinking about  I need my own space.It ‘s not easy at the moment .The best would be to inherit a house ,but this is not easy too!. I want to buy a house to invest money .I have discovered /found out that houses are more expensive than I had expected. I’m not interested in flat ,I prefer spend a little bit more money and buying a house I really like .I have been saving money since I started to work. I don’t want to waste the money. I’d like to buy something which makes me feel good. It’s a big decision and I’ not in a hurry.

I’d buy a detached house but they are too expensive  for me.so I’m looking at  some cottages and terraced houses.

I’d like a cottage because I love the country. The perfect house would have a big enclosed garden ,a garage to keep the car and to have some tools,a blue roof and I would like a fire place and a balcony to sunbathing.

I wouldn’t mind buying a terraced house.One of the things I prefer about a terraced house more than a cottage is because everything is near. I would like using the bicycle to go everywhere, eg to the health Centre ,library .if I buy a terraced house I’ll spend less money on petrol. If I don’t use the car often, it will be better for the environment.

Houses aren’t worth what sellers want to make us believe. First they tell us a price but in the end  it cost a lot more because there are lots of taxes. I should thing very hard about it,because it isn’t a normal loan ,I’m talking about a mortgage ,probably I’ll pay it  for the rest of my life.

i keep thinking before I make a decision.

DESCRIBING MY JOB

I did a training course at the Miguel Hernández school to get my qualifications and then ,I worked for a local company to get some experience. I worked long hours for a low salary ,so I resigned one year later my boss didn’t want to increase my salary,(give me a pay rise).

I didn’t become unemployed  ,because I moved to the other local company  where I work now .I’m in my ninth year .

I work full time ,five mornings a week and often do overtime  on Saturday mornings. I don’t earn a big salary but it’s enough. I’m glad because I have a permanent contract .i would like more free time but the working hours don’t suit me it.

What I dislike most about my job is working in noisy places. When the machines are working they produced loud noises. I always wear ear protections. Other time I worked in calmer places.

What I like most about my job is that I don’t work in a hurry. Electricity  can be dangerous .it takes time to do everything safely .Another thing I like is that if I ask for a free day in the middle of the week ,my boss will give it to me. I’m  applying for a job that will give me some free time.
